There are a number of barriers that youth must overcome. One of the greatest is the Access Gap. The Dow Treasure Academy will provide its' members with access to opportunities and programming not readily available.

When opportunity knocks, answer the door. There is a great deficit of youth in fields of Science and Technology. It's because they are not aware that opportunities in these fields exist. Dow Treasure Academy is providing immersion opportunities in STEM and Leadership.

The Dow Treasure Academy is bringing world-class training in STEM and Leadership to the fingertips of Saginaw's youth. Dow Treasure Academy participants will be exposed to cutting-edge technology, one-of-a-kind professional experiences, and global business leaders in a variety of industries.
