There are a number of barriers that Children of Color (COC's) must overcome. One of the greatest is the Access Gap. The Dow Treasure Academy will provide its' members with access to opportunities and programming not readily available.

When opportunity knocks, answer the door. There is a great deficit of minorities in fields of Science and Technology. It's because they are not aware that opportunities in these fields exist. Dow Treasure Academy is providing immersion opportunities in STEM and Leadership.
