DTA uses ATS (Arrows To Success) Training module.  On the premise that it takes a village – We propose a system that not only supports the community’s culture but also enhances an understanding of existing subculture: chronic unemployment, low educational success, cyclical poverty, lack of access and opportunities.

PROJECT SCOPE

We believe an authentic, relational approach implemented consistently and genuinely, will ultimately prove to effectuate increase in the number of participants successfully completing our process as well as continuing to graduation from this program, moving towards a post-secondary educational or employment opportunity.

This system will include the following:

1. Deliver high quality engagement leading to customer success, improved 

    retention and completion of job readiness training

2. Invest time and know-how in each customer, climate and culture

3. Develop financial/educational sustainability in operational excellence for 

    customers

5. Engage with the community at large to ensure customers access to 

    opportunities

6. Develop a process by which we systematically remove barriers to 

    success
